Our Team share a common goal through investing into our clients everyday lives,  not just through an exercise plan but assisting with a total lifestyle change… ensuring each client support in reaching their fitness goals, as well as having fun.

Our Trainers are all fully qualified, each holding internationally recognised certificates and are all fully insured. All our trainers regularly update their knowledge in the heath and fitness industry.

 

Paula Kimberley

Yoga and Pilates Instructor, Massage Therapist

Paula has been practicing yoga for 20 years. She has also completed yoga and yoga therapy diplomas and has been teaching yoga for five years and considers herself to be a student for life! She is also a qualified pilates instructor and is also a massage therapist.  Being a massage therapist has allowed her an appreciation of how we move and how our bodies “accommodate” our imbalances (functional or structural).  Yoga and appropriate diet in addition to massage and other complementary therapy provide invaluable tools to recreate the “balance” we look for ... of movement, of function, of structure and of course, ultimately, of our lives. Paula currently teaches yoga in corporate environments and gyms as well as schools and colleges, community classes and childrens yoga classes. In addition, Paula also works as a massage therapist.

FunFitness Swim School Coordinator

I have been at Funfitness Swim School since May 2016.  I bring with me years of experience and knowledge in swimming and water safety, both as an instructor and as a former competitive swimmer.  As a parent and an instructor, I am extremely passionate about ensuring children and adults learn to swim correctly and more importantly are safe around water.
