Ladies Fitness Club "Escape"

We offer classes which are restricted to women only. Why do we do this?

In our experience we have found that some women can feel intimidated about training in a large group with both males and females. Women may also have different goals in relation to their fitness and health compared to men. Consequently we address this by catering specifically for our female clients. We create an escape from the day to day busyness.
